The main aim of ADTech-SAB 2018 is to tackle traditional topics concerning anaerobic digestion, including energy and nutrient recovery, biodegradation of recalcitrant compounds, etc., in parallel with more innovative themes such as process engineering for improving AD efficiency, new biomass feedstock for AD, molecular biology tools for understanding, designing and operating AD processes, and AD to decrease carbon footprint. This conference program expects to attract worldwide experts with varied fields of knowledge to present their latest technological and scientific outcomes.
The main objectives of the conference are:
(1) To share research experience and update technology on the development and application of anaerobic digestion for energy.
(2) To provide a stage for a strong collaborative network in anaerobic digestion research among scientists, technologists and industrialists together with their local and international partners.
(3) To update policy and economic aspects on biogas investment in Asian countries.
