Registration fees

The registration fee covers attendance at the sessions, lunch, morning and afternoon coffee/tea, welcome dinner, and conference bag containing programme and materials.
Please note that both oral and poster authors must register by 28 February 2018 in order to be included in the Conference programme.

Remark
  1. A copy of the student ID/verification document is required to register with these rates.
  2. For those are from low-Income countries, please check the list of countries here; click to download.
  3. For those are working or studying in Thailand.

Method of Payment

Please note that all fees are quoted in USD and Baht. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. For international delegates, payment must be made by credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, and JCB credit cards are accepted and will appear as King Mongkut′s University of Technology Thonburi on your credit card statement and it will be approved within 2 working days.

For local participants, payment of must be made by “pay in slip” which shows registration fee in Thai Baht. You can pay the registration fee at Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank and Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri) and it will be approved within 3 working days.

Registration will be confirmed when full payment is received.


Student registration

To be eligible for the student rate, you must be a full time student. A student ID/verification document from the organization or university is required to verify your status.


Cancellation

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the conference Secretariat. Fees paid will be refunded as follows:
  • Cancellation on or before 15 March 2018 — full payment minus administration fee of 20%.
  • Cancellation after 15 March 2018 — no refund.
  • No refund for local participants.

Registration Acknowledgement

Your registration will be acknowledged via auto-responded e-mail once you have completed registration online.
